We also differ in that the temperature in our centers is better regulated. There is good lighting and carpeting on the floors to protect your belongings and give our customers a more homely feeling.

Our background

Pelican Self Storage was founded in Denmark in 2009 by Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) and Evergreen Real Estate Partners (EREP). Since then, we've gone from strength to strength and we're now ready for even more. Today, we are working on many new projects and our goal is to create a chain of quality and service-oriented centers in the Nordic countries, primarily concentrated around the capital areas and the largest surrounding cities.
